Many teams have rich data in Unity Catalog\, SQL warehouse\, and Lakebase tables\, but turning that into polished\, interactive apps often means hand-building applications\, slow handoffs between data and app teams\, and governance overhead along the way. \nThis session shows how VDAB brings app design into a visual canvas where you can drag-and-drop components\, bind them to your Databricks data\, define actions and workflows without starting from scratch\, and deploy the result as a Databricks App. Patrick and Aidan will demo the end-to-end flow\, from setting up an account and connecting a Databricks workspace to building a live app with tables\, charts\, filters\, and workflows that run SQL\, update data\, and trigger jobs\, all inside Databricks. \nThe focus is on how VDAB helps teams ship governed\, data-connected apps faster\, so more of your Databricks investment reaches the people who need to use it every day.
